Our typical fee for advising and arranging is £495 (payable on completion). For more complex cases we can charge a maximum 1.5% of the loan amount and advance fees. Our minimum fee is £150 (payable on completion).
We also receive commission from the lender. Should you wish, you can request to view the commission rates from each of the lenders we have considered at the time that we make our recommendation to you.
The amount of commission and fee will vary depending on individual circumstances, the lender and product. The exact amount of the commission and fee will be explained to you before you apply for a loan.
