Sam Huth is the Head of Sales for Lockhart Murphy.
He manages the key growth sales strategies, annual targets and developing the firms offering to its ever-expanding customer base.
Before joining Lockhart Murphy, Sam worked for Colliers International and Jones Lang LaSalle, some of the world’s leading real estate firms. Consulting with clients on where best to acquire assets and invest their capital. Sam’s years of experience in the UK property market has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of market trends, negotiation skills, and build an impressive network of contacts throughout the industry.
In addition, Sam has a keen interest in other industries, where trends can be spotted, and gaps can be exploited. Thus, allowing Sam to have a hand in aiding the growth of some of the UK’s exciting new start-ups.
Outside of work, Sam is a rugby fan and an avid gym goer.
