CCJ (County Court Judgement)

A County Court Judgement (CCJ) is a court order issued when a debt has not been repaid.. CCJs appear on your credit file for six years. A satisfied CCJ (one that has been paid) is viewed more favourably than an unsatisfied one

Many high street lenders will decline applications with CCJs, but specialist and adverse credit lenders may consider them, depending on the amount and how recently they were registered.
