Completion

Completion is the final stage of a property transaction.. Funds are transferred from the buyer's solicitor to the seller's solicitor, the title deeds are registered in the buyer's name, and the keys are released. From this point, the mortgage begins and the buyer is the legal owner

Completion occurs on the completion date agreed between both parties at exchange of contracts.
