Legal & Conveyancing

Conveyancing

Conveyancing is the legal process of transferring ownership of property from seller to buyer.. A conveyancing solicitor or licensed conveyancer carries out searches (local authority, drainage, environmental), reviews the contract, raises enquiries with the seller's solicitor, handles exchange of contracts and completion. Both buyer and seller require separate representation.
